All products are available, We aim to dispatch orders within one working day.
We do not specify a minimum order quantity but the amount $200 of each order is requested. For orders less than $200 (excluding GST) 20% extra charge as low order fee will apply.
Free Postage if your order is $1000. (Within Australia) 5% discount for order more than $1000
10% discount for order more than $1600
15% discount for order more than $2500
20% discount for order more than $4000
- Delivery Cost (AU Customers)
Orders of $1000 or more (excluding GST) are free postage.
Order of less than $1000 (excluding GST) and more than $200 will incur a flat postage charge of $25 per order.
Dropship order of less than $100 will incur a postage charge of $10-$15 per order.

We are pleased to be able to offer our customers a drop ship service where we will post items direct to your customer for you. You will need to specify the delivery details in the checkout screen. Where the value of the Dropship order exceeds $200 (excluding GST) (per customer), there will be no charge for this service. For orders less than $200 (excluding GST) 30% extra charge will apply. Items will be dispatched in plain packaging.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns in the event of a fault. Any claims for any damages or shortages must be made in writing to Venus Lingerie within 6 days of receipt. Damaged parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. We are happy to assist with sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering.
